Great location, clean room + shower. Communal kitchen space and pool is beautiful especially at night. Not having drinking water facility in room was a downfall (access in communal kitchen) but does not affect the stay or review score. Perfect for its price, would stay here again.

Really great, quirky little hotel with an excellent location 4 min walk from the ADO station. Clean rooms with big beds. A nice pool area with drinkable water and instant coffee included. Super friendly (family) staff. Was able to store my bags after check out for a small fee. Only thing I would recommend is that there were animal noises (barking dog/ apparently a loud frog) overnight, so I'd make sure to at least bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Would definitely stay here again if/when I return.

+ Nice and clean hotel on a quiet street but only a few blocks away from the main square! Big and comfortable bed! Nice and cozy garden with a small pool and also a common kitchen with free coffee and tea. There are also 2 roof terraces with chairs and sun beds. Mosquito screens on the windows and the door. Daniel and his son were very polite and accommodating as well. The parking fits 4 cars easily without anyone having to move around for someone else to get out. But the whole town has free parking on the streets in case the hotel one is full. - No fridge in the rooms (although there's a big fridge in the common kitchen). Only one blanket on a big double bed for 2 (a second one was provided on request).

Booked on airbnb. The place is nice, nothing fancy. They offer a full kitchen which is really convenient! I paid around $50usd for one night on a last minute discount. Location is close to centro, about 8-10 min walk.

Nice little place located close to the centre easy to get around and explore town

Bear in mind this is a basic hotel and it needs to be judged on its price and category. You will not mistaken the rooms with a 4-star room, but it was big, clean, comfortable. AC was working surprisingly well, which is great in the Merida humidity. The manager looked like a nice man, we did not exchange much but he gave me a nice welcome. There is a common kitchen and you can leave your drinks and breakfast stuff in one of the fridge. You can of course eat quick meals next to the pool, but kitchen accessories are basic. I cooked eggs in the morning, but don't expect to cook anything fancy. There is a grocery a minute from the hotel, and a better one near the ADO bus station. Pool area is nice to relax in the afternoon. I did not test the pool. The place is closed down in the evening, so it looked very safe. Location was very nice. Close to the ADO bus station, Close to the collectivo buses going to Chichen Itza and Ek Balam, which is always a plus as you will want to go there early. Downtown if a few streets aways, and the area is enjoyable to wonder around, with lots of restaurants and boutiques around the main square. The Cenote is also 7-8 minutes away. It might not be a great choice for a romantic getaway, but if you are looking for a clean and safe place to stay for a few nights, It is a very good choice. Just don't expect luxuries and comfort of pricier hotels.
